On The Court Of Appeal Judgment On Taraba Apc Governorship Ticket, Chief David Sabo Kente Officially Heads To The Supreme Court.

ON THE COURT OF APPEAL JUDGMENT ON TARABA APC GOVERNORSHIP TICKET, CHIEF DAVID SABO KENTE OFFICIALLY HEADS TO THE SUPREME COURT.

on the court of appeal judgment on the Taraba APC governorship ticket, chief David sabo kente officially heads to the supreme court.
In a statement released by the DSK media office where they announced that "The public is already aware of the judgment delivered by the court of Appeal in Yola on the 22nd of November 2022 over the Governorship primaries of the APC. 

"On the 26th of May 2022, it was widely seen and reported that no APC governorship primary election was held in Taraba. This fact was confirmed by the judgment of Hon Justice Simon Amobeda of the Federal High Court Jalingo on Tuesday 20th September. The judgement decided to declare that the party had no gubernatorial candidate and that the Party should conduct fresh primaries within 14 days of Judgement.

"However, the party and the purported candidate decided to file an Appeal. In it judgment on the 24th November 2022, the Court of Appeal reinstated the purported candidate. The DSK political organisation wish to state that, the judgment was unsatisfactory. 

"After due consultations and deliberations with our team of lawyers, Today, the 7th day of December 2022, Chief David Sabo Kente have officially filed for an appeal of the judgement in the Supreme Court through his lawyers. We’re confident that our team of lawyers, which includes over three SANs, headed by Kanu Agabi SAN former Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice will diligently pursue our case and get justice at the highest court of the land. 

"Chief David Sabo Kente political organisation wish to appeal to our teaming supporters, friends and well wishers to remain resolute and in high spirit. We will pursue justice without relenting and we are confident that justice will prevail at the end.
